3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

4.1 Promotional Terms

Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all funds (including deposits and winnings), and we reserve the right to pursue legal remedies.

5.3 Game Results and Disputes

All game results are final and binding. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communications failure, 377jl reserves the right to void affected game results and refund bets. You must report any suspected errors or disputes within forty-eight (48) hours of the game in question. We will investigate all claims in good faith and our decision on such matters is final.

You agree to bring any claims individually and not as part of any class or representative action. You waive any right to participate in class action litigation against 377jl.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
